How Does It Work?
APPexpress is a modular system that transparently plugs into
your existing web site to provide your customers and employees with an easier
transaction process. The design of APPexpress includes all or some of the
following modules:
- Core module: Conversion of carrier apps to an interactive
format allowing the apps to be filled out online or downloaded/uploaded on
demand . Upon submission the insured's data is stripped from the application and
stored for easy retrieval and population of renewals. Data can be transmitted to
any number of markets where it can be forwarded directly to a rating engine or
to a specific underwriter to cut transaction time and provide a competitive
edge.
- Automatic notification module: A common complaint for all
stakeholders is the lack of awareness of where the current application is in the
transaction process. APPexpress is configured to automatically notify the
retailer, wholesaler and carrier staff that new business is in process. In
addition, automatic reminder emails can be generated to note license and
coverage expiration.
- Marketing module: This module utilizes the user’s database to
facilitate customer communication leading to improved satisfaction and more
business. Outbound marketing campaigns are easily set up, and linking an email
to the web site and literature are all part of the package.
- Administrative & Reporting module: Security levels and
administrative access can be assigned in a number of user-friendly manners to
insure that various levels of your business data are available only to those who
are authorized to see it. Lines of business can also be assigned by carriers.
Reports are configurable to provide you with the latest information on how your
site is being used to generate new business.
