• Automatic notification module: A common complaint for all stakeholders is the lack of awareness of where the current application is in the transaction process. APPexpress is configured to automatically notify the retailer, wholesaler and carrier staff that new business is in process. In addition, automatic reminder emails can be generated to note license and coverage expiration.
• Marketing module: This module utilizes the user’s database to facilitate customer communication leading to improved satisfaction and more business. Outbound marketing campaigns are easily set up, and linking an email to the web site and literature are all part of the package.
• Administrative & Reporting module: Security levels and administrative access can be assigned in a number of user-friendly manners to insure that various levels of your business data are available only to those who are authorized to see it.
