Sudhir is responsible for transforming a small back office operations practice into an organization that consistently provides clients with a sustainable competitive advantage. Processing over 4.3 million files for over a 7-year period at an exceptionally low error rate is a consequence of Sudhir’s ideology – “Get it right the first time”. Sudhir has been on several panels discussing efficiency and Operational Excellence. He has been featured in radio programming and news publications about entrepreneurship and operations. A graduate from Bangalore University, Sudhir went on to receive his MSIE degree from Cleveland State University. Sudhir currently resides in Cleveland with his wife and 2 sons. As a yoga prodigy at the age of 12, Sudhir has maintained his love of sports and has passed on his passion for golf to his sons, whom he loves to play with and follow local NBA Champs, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

As the co-founder of Vantage Agora (VA), Harsha has been focused on bringing Operational Excellence to VA, its customers, and the world. Harsha has 20+ years experience in Consulting, Operational Excellence, Enterprise Social Networking, Business Intelligence, and Process improvement. His work with companies such as Fidelity, American Airlines, and i2 Technologies, has made him an expert in applying Business intelligence to Operational Excellence. Harsha has 4 patents in supply chain market place process improvements and has a patent pending for work on ‘Operational Excellence through Social Networks: OX Zion’. Harsha graduated with an MBA from southern Methodist University (SMU) Dallas, a Masters in Computer Science from Louisiana State University (LSU) Baton Rouge, and a Bachelors in Engineering from Bangalore University (BU).

Mr. Hari Rao Chaturvedi is a well known industry veteran in India. Hari Rao has been the Director of Vantage Agora since our inception in 2004. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Advisor for Titan Industries working with the Indian business phenomenon Ratan Tata for 19 years. He was also the General Manager for HMT Limited for more than 24 years. Hari Rao was the former President for Hosur Industries Association and Indian Institute of Science. He specializes in the fields of Lean Manufacturing, Management Consulting, and Business Strategies to name a few. He currently lives in Bangalore with his family.

Arvind joined the Vantage Agora team in 2004 as the first full-time employee for the company and has over 15+ years of industry experience. He currently works with the Sales team in the qualification and prioritization of pipeline and cross-sell opportunities. He identifies new verticals and market segments to sell OX Zion and related back office services. He has extensive experience in delivering a wide range of solutions to numerous clients worldwide. Prior to joining Vantage Agora, Arvind held leadership positions at Verizon Inc. and Fidelity Investments Inc. Arvind holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Dallas and a Bachelors in Engineering from India.
VP Technical Sales
Mr. Fieseler joined the Vantage Agora sales team in 2010. Mike spent 20 years with IBM as the company transitioned from a product to service-oriented organization, creating replicable solutions across industries including insurance, finance, staffing, and manufacturing. He was recognized nationally as second in services sales and received two interdivisional awards. Mike also led the sales of a software solution at DataTrak International, enabling Pharmaceutical companies faster, more efficient processes for drug development. He was also a company representative to an industry organization (CDISC) that defined a standardized international data model for vendors across the industry. Mr. Fieseler majored in Marketing and Management Science at the University of Iowa and has over 2,000 hours of continuing education including a Six Sigma Green Belt, Operational Excellence Level I, CPC, and ITIL training.
VP Business Development
Mehul is the Product Architect for Vantage Agora. He is responsible for technology & software architecture including development of the patent-pending Business Operating System, OX Zion. Mehul has more than 20 years of experience in the industry with a wide range of platforms and tools, as well as experience deploying enterprise-wide solutions at several companies across the globe. His work has allowed organizations to implement strategies to achieve success. Mehul has a Masters in Computer Information Systems from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics. Despite the pressure of managing and running teams spread across two continents, Mehul still finds extra time to do hands-on software coding.
Joining the Vantage Agora team in 2016, Allison leads the VA Marketing Department in developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire VA organization. With a background in fine art, Allison used her skills to develop a career in graphic design, art direction and production management, becoming a versatile and effective creative professional with experience in several types of design media. Allison earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Miami University and is a Cleveland native where she currently resides.
Cherie joined the VA Team in 2016 and is responsible for the development, processes, and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals. This includes HR, Budget Preparations and Analysis, Accounting and Payroll, IT, and Admin. With over 15 years of Sales and Management experience, Cherie’s strong organizational and multitasking skills make her a successful addition to the Operationally Excellent VA Team.

Business Operations Manager
Mordechai Zimberg, CPA, became the Controller for VA in 2016. He holds a Masters in Accounting from CSU Cleveland. Mordechai volunteers in local non profit organizations and private schools by assisting with their accounting processes from Quickbooks setup to monthly reporting. He also has several years of experience in the online retail industry, including advising and assisting sellers on various shipping and pricing programs, in addition to knowledge of large inventory databases and analytics, and noticing trends. Mordechai also has previous experience in the health care industry. Mordechai enjoys and excels at solving problems and creating efficiencies, especially when they relate to financial matters.
MORDECHAI ZIMBERG, CPA
Dawn Kreager joined Vantage Agora in September 2016 as the Global Logistics Manager. Her current role is to ensure customer success through an effective and standardized onboarding process. Additionally, Dawn continues to acts as a marketing team member, managing the outside service providers, acting as primary liaison between marketing and the line of businesses and acting as the voice of the customer for all onboarding materials needed.

Working with one of the largest moving and storage companies in the industry, client needs are always Ashley’s number one focus. Her role is to deliver on the brand promise of continuous improvement and find opportunities to cross-sell / up-sell additional products and services. Her business management degree and experience in lean management gives her the skill set needed to assist clients every day and keep their needs at the forefront.
Manager, Customer Experience – Services
Anoop joined the Vantage Agora team in 2009. With 13 years of industry experience, Anoop excels at managing customers and growing business relationships with corporate and middle market clients across the globe. He is trained and certified in AINS, worked and reviewed over 11 million transactions, and managed over 45 customers, across 121 insurance carriers and multiple insurance software applications. Born and raised in Bangalore, India. Anoop received his bachelor of arts degree in English and Social Science from Bangalore University, Karnataka. After college Anoop worked at Aviva before completing his AINS 21, 22 and 23 in general insurance in the States. Anoop currently lives in Bangalore with his wife Kavita and daughter Aaria.
Head of Operations
Dhanya Hegde heads the product management team for OX Zion. Having 4+ years of experience, she is based out of India and holds a Bachelors in Engineering from Bangalore, India. As the product manager of OX Zion, she helps bring the strategy moderated by customer requirements to life in the product. She works with various team members in the VA organization in order to develop a product that brings value to you and your organization.
Jagadish Shetty joined Vantage Agora in 2008 as the Administrative Officer and first employee of VA India. With a Bachelors in Commerce from APS College Bangalore, Jaggi is the person to run to for all admin-related tasks in the organization, from setting up a new office to assistance and maintenance of existing offices. Because of his experience and smart thinking, Jaggi moved from being the Administrative Officer to the Head of HR and Capital Administrator in the company. With a track record of completing tasks in short turnaround times at the best rates, Jaggi is ready to help in any scenario that arises. He currently lives in Bangalore with his family.
Senior Administrative Officer
Yuvaraj S Naidoo joined Vantage Agora as a member of the IT team in 2007. With a Bachelors in Science from Anna University, Tamil Nadu and Certification in Network Engineering, he moved from being a member of the IT Team to the Product Owner of Vantage Agora’s Business Operating System, OX Zion. Yuvaraj will work with the Customer Experience team to ensure that the technical support and timeline commitment are made only with his recommendation to ensure the customer experience. With Transitional Training in Insurance and Logistics and 11 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of each VA line of business. Yuvaraj was the Business Analyst for AMEX before joining the Vantage Agora family. He currently lives in Bangalore with his wife.
J. Sherman Henderson III has nearly four decades of business experience, including roles spanning company ownership, sales, marketing and management. He began his career in the telecom industry in 1986 when he oversaw Charter Network, a long-distance carrier serving the Midwestern United States. He founded UniDial, which today is known as Lightyear Network Solutions, in 1993 in Louisville, KY growing that business from a start-up to more than $220M annually with its groundbreaking Agent Equity program. To date, UniDial is the only Agent Program that has delivered a financial payout as it distributed nearly $8M to its nationwide Equity Agents in 1998. Henderson served six terms as chairman of COMPTEL, the leading telecom trade association and was voted Channel Partners Executive of the Year in 2009.
J. SHERMAN HENDERSON, III
Kevin Shady has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience. For the past 17 years, he has held key executive positions for Lightyear Network Solutions (formerly UniDial) including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Carrier Management, Local Development and Product Development. Kevin played a pivotal role in growing UniDial from a startup in 1994 to a $230M company by 1999. He led UniDial/Lightyear’s development and launch of all new products including Local (UNE-P), Voice-over- IP (VoIP) and Wireless Services to more than 300,000 business and residential customers. Kevin created and led Lightyear’s President’s Club and ground-breaking Agent Bonus League (ABL) programs tripling Lightyear’s annual sales. Shady also held Sales Management positions with Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation and was a television new reporter in the mid-late 80’s. He earned his MBA in Marketing from Indiana University in 1989.
