- If there are some pages on your application which you want to view simultaneously with other pages, all you have to do is press CTRL+ SHIFT +M (copy to thumbnail work pad). This way you can view 2 to 4 pages at once.
- When you want to move an existing page to a new folder (a folder that does not exist in Image right desktop), there is no need to cut and paste that page. Instead, drag the particular page and drop it at any of the drawer or file folder. You will get an option to paste the page in any document required. Saves time from cutting and pasting.
- One pointer which helps QC policies and help improve the quality and also executing plan for sign-off:
A Issuer/Rater can use the following shortcut to view a page/Analyze the information from two different pages, Ctrl+Shift+M: This will copy selected pages on thumbnail workpad.
Advantages:
1. We can view 4 pages at one shot on thumbnail workpad and match required information.
2. Help QC person to check and process a 100% quality file.
Disadvantages:
1. If the thumbnail workpad is minimized we cannot get the it back unless we close image right completely and log in back.
