DALLAS, TX (November 22, 2010) – Bruce Bradford has joined the Advisory Board for Vantage Agora (VA), a global provider of back-office solutions, custom Insurance IT services and consulting services for businesses in the insurance Outsourcing, finance, and healthcare sectors.

As a member of the board, Bradford will help provide strategic direction and introductions as VA heads into a high growth phase to meet the growing market needs. He is one of many pieces that VA is putting in place to help serve not just small and mid-market companies but also the larger customers in the insurance Outsourcing and finance market segments.

Currently an advisor to a number of entrepreneurial ventures through the firm he leads, Criterium Solutions LLC, Bradford serves on the board, executive committees and as chair-elect for The Concilio, a Dallas-based nonprofit agency that addresses educational and healthcare needs within the region. He is also a longtime member of CEO Netweavers.

Bradford has worked in the financial services industry for more than thirty years, most recently as regional chief executive for a Texas-based regional bank. His career has spanned an array of roles to include debt collection, relationship and sales management, and overseeing commercial banking teams across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Bradford holds BBA and MBA degrees from Lamar University.

He and his wife, Deanna, have two daughters. They love to travel, enjoy hiking, cycling aboard their custom-made tandem bicycle, and the company of their boxer dogs.
