Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of our key values. Here are some examples.

VA work to the poor of the world recognized at GSC conference in New York

VA is partnering with VillageBPO and figures in the global conference for Sustainable and Socially Responsible Sourcing conference (GSC) in New York during the month of February 8th 2011. GSC is an industry association in the US to promote sustainable and socially responsible outsourcing and is a perfect platform for us to espouse the cause of rural employment.

We (VA and Village BPO) have also submitted our entry to the awards in the form of a three minute video available here:

We request you to cast your votes for us (VA and VillageBPO)! This will help us get the support needed to help the poor of the world. Please spread the word among your friends and families. We need all the votes we can get before the end of the month.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Your VA Team.

Our team contributes time and money to the efforts mentioned below:

VA TEAM FOR THE CHILDREN OF THE WORLD:

The Vantage Agora mission statement includes a line “…To give back to society that we are fortunate to get,” In living with this we at Vantage Agora decided to share our good fortune with children at Ramana Maharshi the blind school. Vantage Agora employees serve the blind school every year and contribute food and gifts to blind children.

The VA team raised money for the blind school and served them breakfast and lunch from the money raised. The team spent time with the children helping them in their class work. Here are a few words from one of our team members. "Some of us visiting the school for the first time thought the world would be depressing and blind to these children. After visiting them we realized that it was us that are really blind. Blindness has not stopped these blind children from achieving their goals. We realized that we are blessed to not only great sight but to have the opportunity at a good job and a great career. The children have achieved greatness in different areas despite their disability. We came back home with a resolve to be the best in the world in the area of Back Office process for the insurance sector!"

September/12/2010: VA has paired up a non-profit organization called Head Held High where we are trying to work with rural folks in poor villagers. VA is preparing to open similar centers in the low income areas in the United States.

VA Manufacturing services is trying to help non profit organizations manufacture low cost wheel chairs and improve their back office efficiency in an effort to help poor disabled gain access to low cost wheel chairs all over the world.

In addition to all this our team is in the process of building a tool to help improve the financial literacy for children in schools. This product will be given free to the schools and children to help them understand the practical ways of managing their finances in real life. VA is working with the US government to have this product used in every school in the United States.

Feel free to join hands with us to help the children of the world. Let us make the world a better place for the next generation. Contact us.
