Sudhir has primarily focused on Business Development, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships. He brings almost 18 years of diverse experience in Operations, Quality and Regulatory, Project management with a variety of IT and industrial companies. Sudhir has held senior management positions in companies such as Alltel and DATATRAK, where he was responsible for Global Operations, Customer Service and Delivery.
Sudhir holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bangalore, India and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University (CSU).
Arvind leads the US operations of Vantage Agora. He has an extensive experience in delivering a wide range of solutions to numerous clients in the US. Prior to joining Vantage Agora Arvind held leadership positions at Verizon and Fidelity Investments.
Mike Fieseler has focused his career on sales and process improvement. He has been a buyer and a provider of process improvement services for over 20 years giving him the knowledge to structure engagements that are successful for both the buyer and provider.
At IBM where he started his career he was recognized as the nation's top sales representatives. He has since then helped serveral customers gain value from every company that he has worked. This has helped his customers become so fond of Mike that they are eager to work with him. That is testimonial to the value he brings to our customers and VA.
Mike has a Six Sigma green Belt, and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), has been educated in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library - the de-facto standard for service management) and has served on the advisory boards of a publicly traded company and non-profit organizations.
Hari Rao: Chairman
Mr. Hari Rao is a well known industry veteran in India. He is acknowledged as the "Father of Indian Watch Industry". Mr Hari Rao has extensive experience in the field of process design and manufacturing. Prior to joining Vantage Agora he was a director at Titan Industries - India's no. 1 watch manufacturer.
Mr. Hari Rao holds a Bachelors in Engineering from Bangalore University and a Masters from Indian Institute of Science.

Shawn Young: Business Development Representative
Mr. Young is a highly accomplished, results-driven insurance executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership in the property & casualty arena that includes broad-breadth experience in underwriting, marketing, and business operations. He is currently a very crucial member of the slaes unit of Vantage Agora. His expertise at analyzing needs of customers with complex and challenging requirements has helped Vantage Agora take its sales to a new level. Shawn is a decisive and proactive leader who excels at providing innovative solutions to optimize growth opportunities in new and established markets.
John Shiffler: Business Development Strategist
John has been working as the President and CEO of Shiffler Equipment Sales for more than three decades. He has been very instrumental in its success. He has a wide network of business connections in Illinois, Texas, Michigan and New York. John currently works in the sales team of Vantage Agora and has been very helpful in improving the sales quality and turnover.
Tracy L Harker: Board of Advisor
Mr. Harker is a Vice President for Hitachi Consulting and manages the company’s relationship with Oracle Corporation. He moved on to computer associates and is currently working as an advisor to the board at Vantage Agora. He has over 25 years experience in operations, services and technologies supporting manufacturing, materials, and supply chain solutions. His operational experience includes the management of manufacturing and materials operations in digital switching systems, office automation equipment, electronic equipment, oil tools, and apparel. He has been responsible for all facets of manufacturing operations, from start-up activities, including site selection and staffing, to the implementation of ERP and supply chain planning solutions, as well as P&L responsibility. Manufacturing operations improvements have included Just-In-Time material support, vendor-managed inventories, flow manufacturing environments, and sales and operations planning disciplines.

Bruce Bradford
Bradford has worked in the financial services industry for more than thirty years, most recently as regional chief executive for a Texas-based regional bank. His career has spanned an array of roles to include debt collection, relationship and sales management, and overseeing commercial banking teams across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Bradford holds BBA and MBA degrees from Lamar University.
He and his wife, Deanna, have two daughters. They love to travel, enjoy hiking, cycling aboard their custom-made tandem bicycle, and the company of their boxer dogs.
Sanford C. Trado, CPA
Sandy is a Certified Public Accountant with 25 years in public accounting. He has extensive experience working with small to mid-market companies. Sandy is experienced in all aspects of accounting procedures and processes, external and internal financial reporting, and tax planning, compliance and preparation. Sandy’s industrial experience includes professional practices, medical practices, emerging and closely held businesses, interim Chief Financial Officer, and international taxes. He has a BS in BA, with a concentration in accounting from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. Sandy has served on the boards of local chambers of commerce and not for profit organizations.
Richard Johnson: Vice President Business Development
Rich comes to the table with over twenty years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain and IT Management. With a bent for process improvement and waste reduction, he has contributed value in excess of $1 Billion across a wide variety of industries including pulp & paper, steel, electronics, assembly and automotive components.
Richard has served as director-level manager for companies like Avery Dennison, Park-Ohio Holdings and Crown Consolidated Industries. As an entrepreneur, he also operated a consulting firm specializing in ERP and Manufacturing Systems implementation (MES). Now he brings that strength to Vantage Agora to lead our logistics service team.
Richard holds a B.S. in Operations Management from Miami University. He also carries a CPIM certification from APICS.
