For the Vantage Agora team, 2017 has been a busy and productive year of tremendous growth and success. As we near the end of another year, we’re taking some time to reflect. In the spirit of our Seven Steps of Operational Excellence – which focuses on ‘Doing More with What You Have’ by optimizing your company’s operations – we’ve compiled the seven things we’re most thankful for this season:
#1. Leadership: Our company leaders encourage all Vantage Agora employees to embrace the spirit of innovation and stellar customer service. We’re thankful for their growth mindset and forward-thinking vision.
#2. A great team: At Vantage Agora, we’re thankful for all the great people who make up the company and who drive impactful results for our customers. We all bring different skills and diverse perspectives and that makes all the difference to our success.
#3. Family & Friends: Speaking of a great team, the people who work at Vantage Agora are more than coworkers. We’re family and friends. We support each other and celebrate one another’s personal and professional successes. When you enjoy the work you do and who you get to work alongside with, it doesn’t feel like work at all.
#4. Challenges: You don’t achieve success without a few challenges along the way. While we’ve experienced a great year, we’re just as thankful for the challenges that we’ve been able to overcome, learn and grown from.
#5. Customers: We’re fortunate to be able to partner with some of the best customers around. Their unique business challenges have afforded us the opportunity to find and implement solutions that have made all the difference.
#6. Technology: What would we do without technology? It’s the core of our business and keeps us running like a well-oiled machine. Advancements in technology help us to create efficient processes and solutions, and stay connected no matter the time zone or location.
#7. Opportunity: We’re looking forward to all the new and exciting business opportunities ahead of us in 2018.
