CLEVELAND, Ohio, USA, November 22, 2016 — In its October 2016 report “How a Business Operating System Can Guide CIOs to Digital Business Success,” information technology research and advisory firm Gartner presented an analysis of one of today’s most talked-about digital management tools: the business operating system (BOS). The report likens the BOS to an in-car navigation system as it provides end-to-end visibility and steers chief information officers (CIOs) and other company leaders toward digital business excellence.

“Business leaders are discovering that they can more effectively monitor and manage their business operations, adapt to moving strategic targets, and measure business outcomes over time by using a BOS,” said Sudhir Achar, CEO and co-founder of Vantage Agora Inc. “Enterprise-wide business intelligence and visibility is essential to making informed decisions.”

Achar said that the growing popularity of the BOS is apparent given the early success of Vantage Agora’s own BOS, OX Zion. Released just last year, the cloud-based OX Zion system already supports more than 50,000 registered users through 20 industry apps in the insurance, human resources, sales, information technology, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

“Forward-thinking business leaders are very excited about the potential for incorporating BOS technology into their business operations, particularly when they see that OX Zion has the capability to replace or merge multiple existing systems into one easy-to-navigate platform,” he said. “Right now, our system is helping one of the top 20 Fortune 500 companies expand into the logistics industry. The end-to-end transparency it provides is pivotal to the success of this initiative.”

Vantage Agora stands ready to help, Achar added. “We work with business leaders to identify their needs and customize their experience with OX Zion,” he said. “We follow up with training as well, so that anyone using the business operating system is aware of, and comfortable using, the full breadth of its functionality.”

Vantage Agora is a Beachwood, Ohio-based team with expertise in operations, technology, Six Sigma, Lean management, business process re-engineering (BPR) and business process management (BPM) focused on helping clients reduce operational costs, improve quality and boost revenues.
