As we draw to the end of the year each one of us should be thinking of how the year went, our learnings from what we have done and how we can do better in our careers for the next year. One of the key things to learn in a career is to constantly improve it. At VA we are here to help you get there.

In the coming month we are going to write a series of articles to help you get better in your career and make sure that you can make a difference to yourself, your family and your organization.
