Employee Referral Policy effective the 15th of March 2009

    1. All employees of Vantage Agora are entitled for the employee referral policy except the Center Manager.

    2. HR and Operations will circulate the requirements to the employees through mail and by the notice board with a closing date.

    3. Employees who are interested needs to submit the relevant profiles to their respective supervisor

    4. If the candidate is requested to walk-in then the name of the referring employee should be written and signed on the Resume of the individual who is attending the interview.

    5. An employee can refer a candidate for any position in case the candidate is found suitable he/she will be given preference over the other candidate if everything else including compensation required is the same

    6. HR/Operations will inform the concerned employee of the Selection

    7. The calculation will begin from the month beginning next even if the candidate joins the organization mid – term.

    8. If the selected candidate is been terminated within the below time frames for any reason the agreed amounts will not be paid to the employee who had referred.

The employee will be rewarded as given below for every successful recruitment and completion of 3 months in service thereafter.
