 ACORD application: Commercial insurance application that the client would fill and send it across to us, contain information in regards to rating factors (company name, address, financing information, vehicles, class codes, territories, coverage’s etc;)

 What we do: The team here is trained to understand, scan & collect data that has been placed on the ACORD application to start the procedure to quote

 Rackley: Commercial Rating software, multiple sections such as (Auto, Property, Crime, General Liability, Worker’s compensation etc ;) can be worked upon

 What we do: The team is trained to use Rackley, enter information from the Acord application provided by client, determine the coverage, class codes, deductibles, vehicles etc; and proceed towards the completion of Quote on Rackley.

IMS

IMS framework is designed to integrate with third-party rating products. Based on  the screenshot on the document, one of the software our clients use is an  integrated platform that combines Netrate Commercial Lines Rating system and  Insurance Management Systems framework. This system is one stop shop for Rating, Quoting, Binding, Policy Issuance and Invoicing

AMS360 & Applied: are agency management systems which streamline an agency’s workflow. It enhances document management, simplifies billing, endorsement processing, and quoting.
